International Velodrome at Bloomer Park (IVBP)
Come and experience an evening of Olympic Style Bicycle Racing action at the International Velodrome at Bloomer Park (IVBP). The summer race series begins Friday, June 15 at 7:30 pm and continues throughout the summer. See the attachment for the complete race schedule & details.
The IVBP is the only bicycle racing track in Michigan. Action packed, family friendly and affordable – adult GA ticket is $5 and children are free w/paid admission. Daily vehicle entry free to Bloomer Park is $5, but you can walk or ride your bike in for FREE! Bring a lawn chair and enjoy our tiered hillside seating, live music, and great racing. No need to wait for the London 2012 Olympics in August – there’s action all summer right in Rochester Hills!
The IVBP is a facility for all ages … youth riders under 18 can try out this unique facility for FREE. Free track time, free coaching, and free use of track bicycles. Please see the attached flyer for more information.
